"Opening times"

Why don't you show clearly your opening times either in your correspondence or in your web sites. I have to search for it and still can't find it even on this page. when you ring the bank, you have to go through the whole rigmarole of answering those questions even before you can hope to find out about opening times. Very frustrating!!
