"Diver very disrespectful"

On the 28th may 2016, I was travelling on the number 65 bus from Colchester to sainsbury in toll gate, when a lady got on the bus on Holly Road, also going to sainsbury, she had a large lady in a electric wheelchair, she asked the driver of put the ramp down but rather than get out of the cab, he just moved the bus a few inches, he also refuse to put the ramp down when we arrived at sainsbury, the lady in question was afraid the lady in the wheelchair was going to fall out. Not surprisingly the driver was not British, I find this sort of attitude towards someone who is disabled very disrespectful.
